  • Revisions based on your feedback

What you need to prepare

  • Identities of the parties
  • An outline of the deal: subject matter, value, term, and payment method
  • The other party's draft, if you need a review

How the process works

  1. Tell us what you need

We get to know the type of deal and what concerns you most.

  2. Draft or notes

We prepare a new draft, or add clause-by-clause notes to the existing one.

  3. Revisions

We go through it together and refine it until it is ready to sign.

Questions about Contract Drafting & Review

What is the difference between drafting and reviewing?

Drafting means we write the agreement from scratch. Reviewing means we examine an existing draft and flag clauses that are unfavorable or unclear.

Does an agreement have to be made before a notary?

Not always. Most business agreements are valid as private agreements. Certain types are required to be, or are safer as, notarial deeds, and we will tell you during the consultation.

Can it be bilingual?

Yes, for example for deals with foreign parties. Agreements involving an Indonesian party must still be in Indonesian.
